1. You are legally allowed to sell the products you list.

2. You are responsible for all taxes, warranties, and legal compliance.

3. Neptch is a platform provider and does not own your products.

4. Neptch may withhold payments in case of disputes, returns, or fraud.

5. Refunds will be deducted from seller earnings if caused by seller fault.

6. Neptch may suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations.

7. All disputes are governed by Nepal law.
